General Information⋆☆ All products are 100% digital and does not include a physical copy
⋆☆ All products are unique artwork that will not be replicated (excludes adoptables made using bases and YCH commissions)
⋆☆ Prices might change based on complexity
⋆☆ You must be over 18 years old to commission me
⋆☆ Completion time may vary. Typically, the deadline is 1 week to 1 month, but larger projects may extend this period. If the client wants the project completed in a shorter period of time, there will be a fee (+20%). If there is any unforeseen event that requires an extension of the deadline, they will be notified
⋆☆ Customers will always be informed about any information regarding commissions, unforeseen events and changes in deadlines
⋆☆ I retain the right to decline any commission offerings if they’re not suitable for me to complete★ Commissions⋆☆ The prices shown on the price list are the base prices for NON-COMMERCIAL purpose. Commercial commissions are calculated as follows:
Type A: x1,5 multiplier (Game asset, Promo art, Twitch usage, Youtube usage, VTubing, Banners etc)
Type B: x2 multiplier (Merch, prints, artbooks etc)
⋆☆ I will do 1 to 2 revisions per commission stage (sketch, line+color and final work)
⋆☆ For custom designs, I do 1 to 2 revisions per commission stage (sketch and line+color)⊹₊ ────────────────── ₊⊹★ Adoptables
⋆☆ Adopts are for NON-COMMERCIAL purpose. Commercial adopts are calculated as follows:
Type A: x1,5 multiplier (Youtube/Twitch/Social midia usage etc)
Type B: x2 multiplier (Movie/series/game character design etc)
⋆☆ For already made adoptables, I will do 1 to 2 revisions per adopt if the client wants something changed
⋆☆ Buyer will get full resolution ilustration of the adoptable and I will transfer the character to them over Toyhouse. If the buyer does not have a Toyhouse, I may store the character in a hidden folder there with record of who it belongs to

Intellectual property rights⋆☆ I retain all rights to my art. I may share works-in-progress (WIPs) and completed commissions to my social media, and use them as portfolio or commission examples. However, if you prefer that I don’t publicly share your commission or mention your name in any way, please let me know beforehandImage Usage⋆☆ Commissioned artwork and character designs are for personal use only (this includes get commissions of the design and/or include the design in personal projects). If you want to use my art/character design to make profit (use it as your brand's mascot, expose the art on streams etc), contact me first so we can discuss about it
⋆☆ If you use it online, as a profile picture, for example, make sure you credit me (art by JulietaPop)
⋆☆ I do not allow my work to be used for NFT and AI
⋆☆ You can change the design of a character (species, small color changes, etc) but no big changes (i prefer that the character isn't unrecognizable. But, of course, the character is yours, do whatever you want, design wise). Always give me credit (design and/or art by JulietaPop) . . .

⋆☆ You can sell/trade my character designs. Just give me credits for the art/design) and please, try to be as fair as possible when it comes to pricing. My art cannot be sold alone (exceptions being commercial commissions)
⋆☆ Use of any of my artwork and character designs in a defamatory or otherwise offensive manner will result in blocklisting from further design interactions

In general, I won't draw anything that I'm uncomfortable with, so you can always ask if you're not sure about something!

Payment & Refund Policy⋆☆ Payment options include: Paypal and Wishlist items
⋆☆ For Wishlist items, I accept new, sealed itens. For LPS and pokemon cards, used but with very good condition. Quantity of artworks and/or type of commission depends on the item value, condition and rarity (shipping is at the customer's expense and will be included in the commission amount)★ Commissions
⋆☆ Half of the value must be paid up front. When finished, I'll send the watermarked version. After the other half is paid , I will send the drawing without watermark
⋆☆ Payments made via Paypal must be made through an Invoice. Invoices will be sent by me after the commission price has been discussed and agreed upon over email or DM
⋆☆ For wishlist items: I'll start the commission and send the watermarked sketch when done. Then the buyer must send the item and inform the tracking number. I will continue the commission and send the drawing without watermark when finished
⋆☆ If I’m unable to do your commission, I’ll fully refund you. Otherwise, partial refunds depend on the commission’s completion stage⊹₊ ────────────────── ₊⊹★ Adoptables⋆☆ For adopts, upfront payment. I accept payment plans with the first advance payment.
⋆☆ Refunds are not avaliable. In case of non-payment of the payment plan the advance payment is not refundable
